We retain information for as long as needed to provide LiteOS, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and support business continuity.

Operational business records may be retained after account suspension, archive, or deletion where necessary for support, audit, legal, security, backup, or legitimate business purposes.

Where deletion is requested, we will process the request in accordance with applicable law and technical feasibility.

Depending on applicable law, users may have rights to access, correct, update, or request deletion of personal data.

If you are part of a business workspace, some requests may need to be handled by the business owner or workspace administrator because the business controls the operational records entered into LiteOS.

Workspace Owners and Admins are responsible for:

• adding only authorized users;
• assigning correct roles;
• removing users who no longer need access;
• ensuring business data entered into LiteOS is lawful and accurate;
• informing team members that their account and operational activity may be processed in LiteOS;
• complying with employment, privacy, tax, accounting, and business recordkeeping obligations applicable to their operations.

LiteOS is intended for business use and is not designed for children.

Users should not create accounts for individuals under the age required by applicable law or enter children's personal data unless they have the legal authority and compliance basis to do so.

LiteOS may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to keep users signed in, maintain sessions, remember preferences, improve performance, and understand product usage.

Users may control cookies through browser settings, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of LiteOS.

Optional Analytics

LiteOS may use optional analytics tools, such as PostHog, to understand product usage, improve reliability, and improve user experience. These tools may collect technical and usage information such as pages viewed, device/browser information, session activity, and interaction events. Where required, optional analytics will be used only after user consent.

You can manage your analytics preferences when you first visit LiteOS. If you decline analytics, the product will work normally without analytics tracking.
